matters needing attention
1. If exhibitors choose corner booth, they need to charge an additional 20% of the booth fee.
2. Exhibition procedures: fill in the exhibition application form and contract, affix the official seal, mail or fax to the organizing committee. Within five working days from the date of mailing or faxing the contract, wire transfer the full amount of the exhibition fee or 50% deposit to the organizing committee.
3. Booth allocation principle: "apply first, pay first and arrange first". After remitting various fees, exhibitors must fax the bank remittance slip to the Organizing Committee for verification. The organizing committee will arrange the booth according to the "three first" principle. The organizing committee will determine the booth from the participating company only after receiving the fee.
4. If the exhibitor terminates the exhibition contract halfway, the exhibition expenses paid to us will be regarded as liquidated damages.
