INTRODUCTION

1、 Last review:
The exhibition area of the last Expo is more than 20000 square meters. There are about 800 exhibitors in Vietnam and abroad, with more than 1300 international standard booths, 35% of which are foreign enterprises, and 65% in Vietnam. Participating countries: enterprises from China, South Korea, France, Britain, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Russia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and other 20 countries and regions participated in and held multilateral trade talks. There are about 30000 professional business visitors and 55000 public visitors, with a transaction value of $327 million. According to the statistics of the last session, it is estimated that the trade volume of this exhibition will exceed 400 million US dollars.

2、 Market Overview:
On January 1, 2010, the China ASEAN free trade area was completed, and the commodity trade between China and ASEAN countries achieved zero tariff. The rapid economic growth of ASEAN and the huge market demand of 2.2 billion people, 6 trillion US dollars GOP and 4.5 trillion US dollars trade volume make it the most dynamic and potential trade market in the world. Vietnam is a member of ASEAN Free Trade Area. In 2009, Vietnam had a population of 90 million, with an annual GDP of 91.8 trillion US dollars. In recent years, Vietnam's economy has achieved sustained and remarkable development. The GDP growth rate in 2010 is 6.4%, and it will reach 6.9% in 2011.
On June 29, 2010, the Ministry of planning and investment of Vietnam released the main macroeconomic data of Vietnam in the first half of 2010: GDP growth of about 6-6.1%, including 2.7-3.2% growth of agriculture, forestry and aquaculture, 6-6.7% growth of industry and construction, and 6.8-7.2% growth of service industry. The total volume of retail goods and services in China is about 39.5 billion US dollars, up 26.7% year-on-year; the export is about 32.1 billion US dollars, up 15.7% year-on-year; the import is about 38.9 billion US dollars, up 29.4% year-on-year; the total investment of the whole society is about 17.8 billion US dollars, accounting for 43.5% of GDP; there are 438 newly approved foreign investment projects in China, with an agreed amount of 7.9 billion US dollars; the consumer price index (CPI) is 4.78% higher than December 2009, up 8.75% year-on- There are 36300 new enterprises in China, with an agreement value of 11.7 billion US dollars, up 13.3% year on year.  
According to the latest statistics of the Foreign Investment Bureau of the Ministry of planning and investment of Vietnam, in the first half of 2010, China's direct investment in Vietnam reached US $74.2 million, an increase of 131.1% year on year. Vietnam has approved 35 new Chinese investment projects in Vietnam, five times of the same period last year, with an agreement value of $60.5 million, 8.5 times of the same period last year, and an increase of $13.7 million for one project.  
According to the latest statistics released by Vietnam's General Administration of Customs on July 9, Vietnam's trade deficit in the first half of 2010 was 6.29 billion US dollars, accounting for 19.4% of Vietnam's exports. In the first half of the year, Vietnam imported 32.47 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 17%, completed 53.2% of the annual plan, and exported 38.76 billion US dollars, a year-on-year increase of 29.1%, completed 52.4% of the annual plan.
Before July 13, 2010, the Ministry of planning and investment of Vietnam put forward various indicators of social and economic development of Vietnam in 2011 in the "guiding framework for the formulation of 2011 social and economic development plan": GDP is about 112 billion US dollars, 7-7.5% higher than 2010, per capita GDP is about 1270 US dollars; added value of agriculture, forestry and aquatic products industry is 2.5-3%, industrial and construction industry is 7.5-8.2%, service industry is 8.2-8.5%; export is 8.2-8.5% The total investment in social development is about 48.9 billion US dollars, up 15.5%, accounting for 42% of GDP.

3、 Schedule:
Schedule: (Note: please refer to the overseas notice manual 15 days before the meeting for specific itinerary and activities)
April 13: report to the designated hotel in Nanning; April 14: Chinese exhibition group leaves for Hanoi;
April 15: set up exhibition and visit Hanoi city; ● April 16: attend the opening and participation of the exhibition
April 17-18: participate in the exhibition and relevant business activities; April 19: participate in the exhibition in the morning and withdraw in the afternoon
April 20: the Chinese exhibition group returned to China; the whole exhibition ended when the group was scattered.          
   
4、 Exhibitors and visitors:
At that time, a large number of manufacturers and aftermarket purchasers, suppliers, agents and professional visitors from more than ten countries and regions, including China, Russia, the United States, Germany, the Middle East, Japan, South Korea, India, Turkey, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, will attend the conference, with a large number of businesses gathering and unlimited business opportunities.  

5、 Purpose:
● after the completion of China ASEAN Free Trade Area, grasp the market investment and trade opportunities of Vietnam's small and medium-sized motor and supporting products and equipment industry, and grasp the customer channels of Vietnam's potential purchasers.
● directly promote the image and products of Chinese enterprises, highlight the advantages of product price comparison in globalization, and focus on promoting the rapid entry of Chinese small and medium-sized motors and supporting products into the Vietnamese market.
● conduct face-to-face supply and demand trade negotiations with Vietnamese purchasers directly at the exhibition site, and grasp the trade orders available at hand.  
● understand the competition situation of Chinese products in Vietnam's small and medium-sized motor and supporting products and equipment market with domestic and other foreign enterprises settled in Vietnam, and grasp the product standards and cooperation space in line with Vietnam's national conditions.
● understand the encouraged investment projects, investment environment and investment opportunities in Vietnam's small and medium-sized motors and supporting products and equipment.
● understand the market access system, tariff and other business restriction policies of Vietnam's small and medium-sized motors and supporting products and equipment.

6、 Docking negotiation
● procurement docking: set up procurement matchmaking seats for purchasers and relevant organizations in the main venue. During the activity, the representatives of participating enterprises will enter the venue in advance according to the time arranged by the Organizing Committee in the morning, and conduct one-to-one and face-to-face matchmaking with purchasers. In the afternoon, organize purchasers of various industries to visit China's exhibition area to have sample negotiation with suppliers.
● investment docking: set up investment matchmaking positions for investors and financial institutions from all countries in the main venue. Each project unit will enter the venue according to the time arranged by the Organizing Committee in advance, and have one-to-one and face-to-face contact with investors.
● procurement Forum: invite multinational companies, chain operation agencies, large markets, distribution agencies, etc. to introduce procurement procedures, procurement plans, supply requirements, etc., guide supply enterprises to organize production as required, speed up their access to their procurement system, and arrange on-site interactive exchanges, so that both parties can achieve actual results.
● business visit: on the spot visit to Ho Chi Minh Industrial Park and production and sales manufacturers.

7、 Requirements for handling exit procedures and passport holding methods:
● the representatives of the exhibition will leave the country with passports, and the visa procedures will be handled with the assistance of our organizing committee. Please provide the original passports and two 2-inch color photos and mail them to our organizing committee. Exhibitors shall send two personal passports and 2-inch color photos to the exhibition center before March 25, 2014. If the time limit is overdue, the expedited cost or visa failure incurred by passport visa shall be borne by the enterprise itself.
● the passport holder shall apply for the international travel health certificate at the local entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau for exit inspection.
● if the delegates hold official passports, they will be exempted from visas, but need to go to the local foreign affairs office to handle the notice of going abroad.
Note: to apply for ordinary private passports, it is necessary to provide the card office with the certificate of going abroad from the local police station where the Hukou is located, 8 2-inch color photos for passport application, the original and copy of Hukou and ID card. The processing period is 15 working days.

8、 Transportation of exhibits:
● portable exhibits: such exhibits are portable and can be carried by people in transit. They are required to be packed in suitcases or luggage bags, not in wooden boxes or cartons. They are declared as luggage items and carried by the exhibitors themselves, without transportation and customs fees.
● large quantity of products and large equipment: such exhibits shall be declared by exhibits and transported to Ho Chi Minh City in advance. Please call the Organizing Committee for specific transportation methods. Such exhibits shall be declared to the organizing committee before March 20, 2014, and the transportation and customs fees shall be borne by the enterprise itself.

9、 Exhibition procedure:
● after receiving the invitation, exhibitors can directly apply to the organizing committee, fill in the booth application form, and send it to the organizing committee by mail or fax after it is sealed and signed by the organization; the organizing committee will arrange the booth according to the principle of "first apply, first arrange, first pay, first confirm".  
● the exhibitor shall pay the exhibition fee within seven working days after the final confirmation of the booth by both parties, wire transfer or mail to the organizing committee, and the organizing committee shall finally confirm the booth after receiving it. Otherwise, the stand will not be reserved.  
● the organizing committee will email or fax the overseas notice manual 15 days before the meeting.
