Nanpi hardware and electrical industry is the largest advantage industry in Nanpi, with strong processing support and outstanding scientific and technological research and development ability. In 1986, Nanxian was named as "the birthplace of electronic hardware industry" in the 1960s. After more than 40 years of development, it has become an influential industrial group at home and abroad. Since 2007, it has won the titles of "Hebei hardware and electrical industry base", "Hebei hardware and electrical industry cluster", "Hebei key industrial cluster", "China hardware and electrical products import and export base", "China hardware and electrical products production base" and so on.

In 2019, under the guidance of Nanpi County Party committee and government, the first China (Nanpi) hardware and electrical Expo was successfully held. The scale of the first exhibition was 16000 square meters, attracting more than 23000 domestic and foreign professional visitors. The exhibition focused on all kinds of parts, hardware tools, mechanical and electrical products, mechanical equipment and other products, with tens of thousands of hardware, mechanical and electrical products and production technology on the same stage.

China (Nanpi) hardware and electrical Expo 2020 will be held in Cangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center from October 29 to 31, 2020. The scale of this exhibition will be increased to 30000 square meters on the basis of the first one, with more than 10000 products on display. Through the form of enterprise Products Show, conference forum and procurement docking, the Expo will display new products and technologies in the industry, create a brand exhibition of hardware and electrical industry with strong authority, far-reaching influence and high degree of specialization in the northern region, promote the development of hardware and electrical industry, and build a platform for supply and demand communication docking.
