The China International Medical Innovation Forum, jointly established by Dusseldorf Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and the national medical device industry technology innovation service alliance, aims to promote the innovation and development of China's medical device industry from an international perspective, and to explore the new thinking and cooperation of exhibition service, transformation medicine, medical institutions and doctors in the context of innovation and development. On July 16, 2016, the first China International Medical Innovation Forum was successfully held in Qingshan International Conference Center Hotel, Suzhou, with more than 350 participants. The multi-party cooperation mechanism formed by the conference provides better services and more convenient conditions for industrial innovation and transformation of medicine.

On June 10-11, 2017, the second China International Medical Innovation Forum was successfully held again in Shangri La Hotel, Suzhou. 47 speakers from government regulators, medical device innovation service institutions, manufacturing enterprises, parks, universities and hospitals attended the conference and delivered keynote speeches, including 18 overseas speakers, who attracted 1268 participants. More than 30 enterprises are popular in the new exhibition area.

Adhering to the success of two consecutive sessions, China International Medical Innovation Forum will usher in great changes in 2018. As an international supporter of China International Medical Innovation Forum, Dusseldorf Exhibition Group Co., Ltd., the organizer of Medica, the world's largest medical equipment exhibition, announced that since 2018, China International Medical Innovation Forum will be jointly held with China Medical Fair China permanently, making it one of the global series of medica exhibitions. On September 8, as the only sub exhibition of medica in China, the first China International Medical Innovation Exhibition was successfully concluded in Suzhou International Expo Center. The exhibition is jointly sponsored by Dusseldorf Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and national technical innovation service alliance of medical device industry, with a total exhibition area of 10000 square meters, attracting 5478 professional visitors.
This year, 207 enterprises participated in the exhibition together, including well-known enterprises such as Mindray, poco, Medtronic, Weigao group, Shenzhen Xianjian, Xinhua medical, Fulong group, Fosun and ZTE biology. In addition, there are 2 professional exhibition groups and 8 featured exhibition areas in Japan and mass entrepreneurship and innovation, including upstream raw materials exhibition area, incubator exhibition area, IVD exhibition area, ultrasound exhibition area, 3D printing exhibition area and plant intervention exhibition area. The exhibition areas of Industrial Park, University and hospital will directly promote cooperation with each other, and at the same time provide a great opportunity for research and innovation development.
