Summary of the previous exhibition:

The 20th Beijing International Industrial Automation Exhibition (AIAE Expo) was successfully held from May 14th to 16th at the Chaoyang Hall of the China International Exhibition Center. This exhibition adopts a diversified linkage mode of "exhibition+forum+conference", and the scale of the exhibition has reached a new high in previous years. The exhibition covers an area of 36860 square meters and gathers 507 domestic and foreign exhibitors, including 52 overseas exhibitors and 116 specialized and innovative enterprises; The total exposure of the exhibition reached 105 million times, attracting 37486 domestic and foreign professional visitors, and 1049 overseas visitors, accounting for 2.8%. The domestic audience is mainly from Beijing and the regions of North China, Northeast China, and Central China, accounting for 29.6%, 52.6%, 4.06%, and 6.2% respectively.

The number of exhibition visitors has steadily increased for three consecutive years: 26728 visitors in 2024, 30967 visitors in 2025, and 37486 visitors in 2026. Participation Procedures

1. After reaching a consensus through communication with our sales personnel, the participating units sign the contract, affix the official seal, and scan or mail it to the conference organizing committee;

2. Within 3 working days after signing the contract, the enterprise shall transfer the exhibition fee to the designated account of the conference organizing committee before confirming the booth;

3. The booth and advertising space will be arranged by the organizing committee in a unified manner, following the principle of "apply first, pay first, allocate first", with priority given to co organizers;

4. To ensure the overall layout effect of the exhibition, the organizing committee has the right to adjust individual booth positions as necessary. In the event of force majeure factors such as natural disasters, government actions, and abnormal social events, the organizing committee has the right to postpone or cancel the exhibition; If the exhibition is postponed, the participation qualification will be extended, and the paid fees will be used accordingly.
