The expo will mainly focus on exhibitions, with exhibitions leading events and various supporting activities.

The planned total area for the exhibition is 20000 square meters, with an estimated 500 participating companies and 200 domestic and foreign cooperative media. It is expected that there will be over 50000 attendees and visitors.

The exhibition is divided into two main parts: the Development and Manufacturing Technology Exhibition and the "Robot+" Innovation Application Exhibition. The exhibition area plan is shown in Table 1.

Exhibition Area Name: Development and Manufacturing Technology Exhibition

Specific content: Concentrated display of cutting-edge technology products in the fields of domestic and foreign robot core components, complete machine research and development design and system integration, robot inspection, maintenance and testing, robot production equipment assembly line, artificial intelligence algorithms, etc.

Exhibition Area Name: "Robot+" Innovative Application Exhibition

Specific content: Concentrated display of robot products and solutions in economic development fields such as manufacturing, agriculture, construction, energy, and commercial logistics, as well as in social and livelihood fields such as healthcare, elderly care services, education, commercial community services, safety emergency response, and extreme environment applications.

At the same time, it covers the "14th Five Year Plan" development achievements exhibition, the Greater Bay Area collaborative exhibition, the cutting-edge achievements exhibition of university research institutions and start-up enterprises.

Development and Manufacturing Technology Exhibition:

Gathering top global intelligent robot R&D and manufacturing entities, showcasing cutting-edge technologies and distinctive products in the field of robotics from different countries and regions. Sort out the complete industrial chain of intelligent robots, from core component research and development and manufacturing, robot body design and production to system integration and after-sales service, showcase key technologies, products and enterprises in each link of the industrial chain, promote communication and cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, and promote the sustainable development of the intelligent robot industry. Set up exhibition areas for core components, robot bodies, system integration, and after-sales service in the order of upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. Through exhibition boards, physical displays, models, and other forms, clearly present the relationships and development trends of each link in the industrial chain.

Robot+Innovative Application Exhibition:

The focus is on showcasing the application effectiveness of robots in economic development fields such as manufacturing, agriculture, construction, energy, commercial logistics, healthcare, elderly care services, education, commercial community services, safety emergency and extreme environment applications.

Focusing on the leapfrog development achievements of China's robot industry in terms of technological breakthroughs, industrial growth, and deepening applications, taking time as the main line, we will sort out the achievements of technological innovation, product research and development, and industrial application cases, highlight Chinese characteristics, comprehensively present the extraordinary achievements of China's robot industry from scale growth to quality leap, demonstrate the global influence of "Made in China", and gather broader consensus for the upgrading of the "15th Five Year Plan" industry, and establish stronger confidence.

Focusing on the collaborative innovation achievements in the field of intelligent robots in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, showcasing the deep integration of industry, academia, and research among cities in the Greater Bay Area, the collaborative development model of the industrial chain, as well as the characteristic application cases of the Greater Bay Area, to promote the intelligent robot industry cluster in the Greater Bay Area to a higher level. Adopting an open and coherent booth design, the exhibition booths of universities, research institutions, and enterprises are connected through a streamlined layout, reflecting the collaborative relationship between industry, academia, and research. Build simulated home appliance production workshops, financial service halls, tourist attractions, and other scenarios to allow viewers to observe the actual operation of robots in the characteristic industries of the Greater Bay Area on site

Targeting research institutions and startups in universities, we aim to explore and showcase cutting-edge achievements, establish a platform for communication and cooperation, build a one-stop comprehensive service system, promote collaborative innovation in various links of the industrial chain, and empower industrial upgrading.

series of events

The series of activities mainly includes "1+3+N", which means one opening ceremony, three main forums, and N special forums (including academic exchanges and new product launches). The opening ceremony and main forum will create a high-end exchange platform for government, industry, academia, research, and funding in the field of intelligent robots. The special forum will adhere to the principle of "less but better" and uphold the concept of "open door meetings". The forum will openly solicit topics and host units from the industry, fully mobilize the subjective initiative of experts, scholars, and related enterprises, and stimulate the enthusiasm for communication and interaction in the industry.

1. Opening ceremony

Invite representatives from industry regulatory authorities, relevant regulatory units in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, domestic and foreign industry organizations, renowned academicians and scholars, and corporate executives to unveil the Expo.

2. Main forum

The main forum is divided into three chapters: industrial development, technological breakthroughs, and application innovation, and includes relevant content such as policy promotion, report release, and project signing.

3. Special Forum

Focusing on industry hotspots, cutting-edge innovative technologies, and advanced products, the proposed topics cover hot topics in industry, academia, and regional exchanges. Industry topics may include trends in the development of intelligent robot technology, expansion of application scenarios, emerging business models, etc. Academic topics may include multimodal perception and fusion technology, basic and vertical models, trustworthy behavioral intelligence, robot learning and adaptability, etc; Regional exchange hot topics include the coordinated development of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area and the sharing of opportunities among APEC members.

We plan to hold 6 special forums (see Annex 2 for details), which will openly recruit leading organizers from the industry and select the best ones.

The competition activities are centered around "Smart Future · Scene Empowerment", aiming to guide enterprises to focus on the most valuable real-life scenarios and promote innovation and implementation of robot technology. The competition will be held at the Qianhai International Convention Center, and the schedule will be designed to balance basic abilities and innovative breakthroughs, with a focus on the practical value of robots. The winning units will be rewarded with bonuses.

The competition requires all participating teams to complete specified tasks in designated scenarios, in order to consider the perception, decision-making, and execution capabilities of related robot products. Through scenario based competitions, there are five major tracks including logistics sorting robots, intelligent handling robots, flexible assembly robots, intelligent elderly care service robots, and home service robots.

With "precise docking and on-site empowerment" as the core, we organize activities such as on-site visits and inspections, interpretation of local industrial policies, and sharing of cooperation cases to efficiently match enterprise needs and local resources, and promote the efficient implementation of high-quality projects.

Carefully crafting the global debut and roadshow of new intelligent robots, actively building a "debut economy" highland for the intelligent robot industry in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, and attracting leading manufacturers in the field of intelligent robots to release their latest achievements.

3. Supply and demand docking

Provide a dedicated area within the exhibition hall for buyers to post their procurement needs, for exhibitors to release the latest technologies and roadshows, and to promote technical exchanges and supply-demand coordination among exhibitors.

4. Excellent Short Video Selection

Visitors are encouraged to pick up their mobile phones, shoot short videos of relevant content anytime and anywhere during the Expo, and release them on platforms such as Tiktok, video number, Kwai, Station B, and Little Red Book. Winners are selected and rewarded according to the broadcast volume and video quality.

5. Experience clocking in

Encourage exhibitors to provide products that allow visitors to participate in interactive experiences. The organizing committee will design an experience check-in process for visitors, and those who complete all experiences will receive Expo souvenirs.
