The 24th China International Metallurgical Industry Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "Metallurgical Exhibition") will be held from September 21 to 23, 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. As one of the core activities of the 2nd China International Steel Week, this exhibition is hosted by the China Iron and Steel Industry Association and the Metallurgical Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade. It focuses on the high-end, intelligent, and green transformation of the steel industry, and will build an innovative exhibition and cooperation exchange platform covering the entire industry chain, attracting the attention of the global metallurgical industry.

Over 30 years of industry accumulation, scale and influence have been further upgraded

The Metallurgical Exhibition was founded in 1987 and is a metallurgical and metal hot processing exhibition hosted by national industry associations. After more than 30 years of development, it has become an important indicator in the global metallurgical industry. The 2026 Metallurgical Exhibition will be linked with multiple fields such as steel structure construction, pipe materials, cables and wires, heavy machinery, refractory materials, etc. At the same time, themed exhibition areas such as powder metallurgy, environmental protection equipment, cutting and welding, heat treatment equipment, and industrial lubricants will be added to jointly create an industrial chain display platform of over 150000 square meters. It is expected to attract more than a thousand domestic and foreign enterprises to participate in the exhibition, and the audience will cover multiple application fields such as steel, construction, transportation, energy, automobiles, and home appliances, becoming a core hub for industry technology exchange, supply and demand docking, and investment cooperation.
