1. Exhibitors who choose corner booth will be charged 20% extra booth fee.
2. Exhibition procedures: fill in the exhibition application form and contract with official seal, mail or fax to the organizing committee. Within three working days from the date of mailing or faxing the contract, wire transfer the full payment or 50% deposit of the exhibition fee to the organizing committee.  
3. Booth allocation principle: "apply first, pay first and arrange first". After remitting various fees, exhibitors shall fax the bank remittance form to the Organizing Committee for verification. The organizing committee shall arrange the booth according to the principle of "three first". The organizing committee will only confirm the booth to the exhibiting company after receiving the fee.  
4. If the exhibitor terminates the exhibition contract halfway, the exhibition fee paid to our company will be regarded as liquidated damages.
