The Shanghai Modern Edible Agricultural Products Exchange and Promotion Center and the Shanghai Food Safety Work Federation are scheduled to hold the "22nd National High Quality Agricultural Products (Shanghai) Procurement and Trade Fair and the 4th China (Shanghai) Edible Agricultural Products Safety Development Conference" at the Shanghai Agricultural Exhibition Center from December 19-23, 2025. The exhibition is themed "Food is paramount for the people, food safety is the top priority; starting from the source, creating a better life", showcasing characteristic and advantageous products from various provinces, cities, counties, and rural areas, promoting high-quality, natural, green, and healthy food to Shanghai citizens, and providing business opportunities for participating enterprises to explore markets, cooperate in development, promote brands, and connect production and sales.

To promote the safe and high-quality development of edible agricultural products, the Shanghai Modern Edible Agricultural Products Exchange and Promotion Center has joined hands with various organizers to jointly organize exhibitions and visits for exchange.
