To promote clean heating in rural areas, Gansu Province has made concerted efforts through multidimensional policies. In terms of financial support, the total investment in clean energy in rural areas of Gansu Province is about 2.343 billion yuan, of which about 1.3105 billion yuan is allocated by the central government. In terms of electricity prices, by 2025, the average electricity price for residential electricity consumption below 1 kV will be 0.51 yuan/kWh, and during off peak periods (2:00-4:00, 11:00-17:00), it will be reduced to 0.256 yuan/kWh; At the same time, the off peak period for clean heating has been extended to 10 hours per day (7:00-12:00, 19:00-24:00), further reducing electricity costs. In terms of natural gas security, the government implements price subsidies for residents and heating enterprises. The inverted portion of gas prices for residents is shared in a 7:3 ratio between the government and enterprises. The first batch of municipal subsidies will reach 50 million yuan in 2024; In addition, the gas price for independent wall mounted boilers during the heating period in 2024 will be 1.98 yuan/cubic meter, and by 2025 it will be the same as that for residential gas consumption, reaching 2.22 yuan/cubic meter. From a cost-benefit perspective, wall mounted boilers have an energy-saving rate of 20% -30%, and have a long-term comprehensive cost advantage.

Relying on the national "dual carbon" strategy, Gansu has included the HVAC industry in the key areas of energy conservation and emission reduction during the 14th Five Year Plan period, and has set a target of 30% non fossil energy by 2025. A. Standard booth size of 9 square meters (3M * 3M) with configuration:

B. Indoor open space:

The minimum rent for indoor open space is 36 square meters, and the organizer only provides empty space. Exhibitors are responsible for decoration and construction, and all expenses involved are borne by the exhibitors themselves.

Note: In order to improve the corporate image and booth effectiveness of exhibitors renting bare land, as well as reduce the construction cost of enterprises, it is recommended that the organizing committee designate a construction company to provide construction services to exhibitors at a price 20% lower than the market, which not only reduces costs but also saves more energy for exhibitors.

Exhibition process

The booth will be arranged according to the principle of "first come, first paid, first served", and the organizing unit will ultimately reserve the right to transfer a small number of booths.

After confirming the participation, fill out the "Registration Form/Contract" and stamp it with a scanned copy to send to the organizing unit; After receiving the exhibition application contract, the organizing unit will reserve the booth for 3 working days.

Enterprises must apply for exhibition fees within 3 days after registration, and the organizing unit will issue an invoice after receiving all the fees.
