In 2012, CHINAFIT Beijing Fitness Conference and Beijing International Health and Fitness Sports Expo were established and hosted at the Beijing National Convention Center. After ten years of development, CHINAFIT Beijing Conference has become a domestically influential fitness exchange and exhibition conference. The conference includes club management, private education, group calisthenics, bodybuilding, fitness Internet, yoga Pilates, youth sports, venue operation, healthy lifestyle and other contents. The conference sets up 30 conference rooms each year, with over 500 forum courses, more than ten sports and fitness events, and nearly 500 fitness brands participating in exhibitions. The exhibition area covers 30000 square meters;

Since 2015, CHINAFIT has been holding regional fitness conferences annually in cities including Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Xi'an, and others.

In 2024, commissioned by the Business Industry Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the "Sports and Fitness Industry Committee of the China International Chamber of Commerce Business Industry Association" was established and operated. Over the past 10 years, the committee has promoted the organization of CHINAFIT healthy diet public welfare lectures, public welfare activities, CHINAFIT charity dinners, Inamori Kazuo business philosophy industry learning sessions, and is committed to practicing the service concept of the industry, society, and health.
