The China International Food and Catering Expo (referred to as the "Food and Beverage Expo") is a key exhibition in the field of domestic trade circulation. The 10th China International Food and Catering Expo, also known as Changsha International Catering Ingredients Exhibition, will be held grandly at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 19-21, 2025. This exhibition is hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and the People's Government of Hunan Province, with the theme of "promoting consumption and innovative development". It closely revolves around the concept of "green, environmental protection, safety, and upgrading", and promotes the full integration of investment, trade, consumption and other formats through product exhibitions, docking negotiations, and consumer experiences. The exhibition has a grand scale with a viewing area of 100000 square meters, attracting more than 1800 first-line catering ingredient industry chain brand enterprises from home and abroad to participate. It is expected that more than 200000 professional visitors and food enthusiasts will gather here to witness this annual feast of the catering industry together.

The planned exhibition area for this year's catering event is 100000 square meters, with approximately 4000 international standard booths and a total of 8 exhibition halls. It consists of three major sections: professional section, comprehensive section, and event section. During the three-day exhibition period, it is planned to invite 40000 attendees, professional visitors, and exhibitors, with a total expected attendance of no less than 200000 people. The professional exhibition area of this exhibition has been upgraded and upgraded, covering catering, food ingredients, grain and oil, coffee and beverage, pre made dishes, imported and leisure food, compound seasonings, etc. It also has professional exhibition areas such as smart catering, hotel supplies, production packaging equipment, kitchen equipment, and chain franchising, connecting the upstream and downstream industry chain of food and catering, making the food and catering industry a business platform that runs through the entire industry chain of the food and catering industry.
