Exhibition process:

1. Exhibitors should possess legal qualifications, documents, and certificates such as a "Business License" that are valid for production and operation (international clients should provide valid business qualification certificates from their country of residence).

2. After selecting a booth, exhibitors are required to carefully fill out the "Exhibition Contract", affix the official seal, and fax or mail it to the exhibition organizing committee (fax or copy has the same legal effect as the contract).

3. The organizing committee shall send a deposit payment notice to exhibitors within two days after receiving the "Exhibition Contract", and exhibitors shall pay the booth fee deposit within the specified time.

4. Exhibitors shall transfer all expenses (including advertising fees, forum fees, etc.) to the designated bank account of the exhibition organizing committee. If payment is not made after the deadline, the organizing committee has the right to change the original booth or cancel their participation qualification. The organizing committee will send a booth confirmation letter to exhibitors within seven days after receiving the full payment of the booth fee

The organizing committee adheres to the principle of first application, first payment, and first confirmation.

7. The organizing committee has the right to adjust some confirmed booths based on the overall effect of the venue and the needs of safety and fire protection
