The China Furniture Association and Shanghai Bohua Exhibition Co., Ltd. held the first China International Furniture Exhibition (also known as Shanghai Furniture Exhibition) in 1993, and since then, the exhibition has been held as scheduled in Shanghai every year in the second week of September.
Since its establishment, the exhibition has been progressing and growing together with the Chinese furniture industry. Rooted in Shanghai and relying on unparalleled resource advantages, China International Furniture Fair has successfully held 28 sessions and transformed from a pure B2B offline trading platform to a full chain platform that combines export and domestic sales, B2B2P2C online and offline, original design display platform, and "exhibition store linkage" trade and design feast.

On September 13th at 15:00, the 29th China International Furniture Exhibition&China Furniture High end Manufacturing Exhibition FMC CHINA 2024 and 2024 Modern Shanghai Fashion Home Exhibition (referred to as "2024 Pudong Furniture Home Dual Exhibition") successfully concluded at the Shanghai New International Expo Center and the World Expo Exhibition Center! Under the clear positioning of China International Furniture Fair focusing on internationalization and trade, and Modern Shanghai Fashion Home Exhibition moving towards new retail and lifestyle, this year's Pudong Double Exhibition fulfilled its promise and achieved two-way communication between professional buyers and new retail buyers. In 2024, the Pudong Furniture and Home Furnishings Double Exhibition attracted a total of 167205 visitors, with last year's 5-day exhibition being extended to 4 days this year. Among them, there were 28644 overseas visitors, an increase of 11.9% compared to last year.
