Exhibition fees (limited VIP seats, please book booth early)

1. Standard booth (3m) × 3m) 9 ㎡: RMB 7200 per booth; (Note: The standard booth construction configuration includes three side panels, company name lintel, carpet, one consultation table, two chairs, two spotlights, and one 220V/5A power socket. If special electricity is required, please specify in advance and charge separately.);

2. Indoor special decoration open space (starting from 36 square meters): RMB 800 per square meter. Special decoration booths do not provide any exhibition equipment and facilities. The special decoration management fees and water and electricity fees charged by the exhibition hall are borne by the exhibitor or its special decoration contractor.

Exhibition procedures

1. You need to fill out the "Exhibition Contract" and stamp it with the official seal before faxing or scanning it to the organizing committee of the conference;

2. The booth arrangement is based on the principle of "registration first, payment first, and arrangement first" by the organizing committee;

3. You pay the booth fee within the period specified in the Exhibition Contract;

4. Please provide our company profile (approximately 300 words), logo, and exhibition images for professional audience promotion;

5. You will come to the exhibition as scheduled according to the process outlined in the Exhibitor Handbook.
