The National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) is jointly built by the Ministry of Commerce and the Shanghai Municipal Government, and is invested, constructed, and operated by Shanghai Expo Co., Ltd. The total construction area is 1.47 million square meters, with an above ground construction area of 1.27 million square meters. It is currently the largest single building and exhibition complex in the world.

The National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai) has a display space of 500000 square meters, including an indoor exhibition hall of 400000 square meters and an outdoor exhibition hall of 100000 square meters. It is currently the largest and most competitive exhibition complex in the world. The complex consists of four major parts: exhibition venues, supporting commercial centers, office buildings, and hotels. It is connected by an 8-meter high exhibition avenue and can conveniently pass through exhibition halls, commercial areas, office buildings, hotels, and other places to meet the needs of different people.

With the northern exhibition hall in September 2014, all exhibition halls in March 2015, and the full operation of the National Convention and Exhibition Center in June 2015, a large number of large-scale, high-quality, effective, widely influential, and radiating domestic and foreign exhibitions began to take root here; A large number of modern service industries related to new exhibitions will gather here, and a new commercial entertainment and leisure center will fully rise here. Exhibition process

Step 1: Understand detailed information about the exhibition
Call the organizer to learn more about the exhibition, request drawings, and select a booth
Step 2: Obtain and fill out the exhibition application form
Fill in all relevant information listed on the application form; Sign and stamp ?
Step 3: Submit the application form
Scan the electronic version or send it by express delivery to the organizing committee
Step 4: Pay booth fees
The exhibitor shall remit the exhibition fee to the designated account of the organizing committee within 5 working days. Otherwise, the organizing committee will no longer reserve the booth, and the organizing committee has the right to reallocate it
Step 5: Confirmation of booth location
After receiving the booth fee, the organizer will confirm and arrange the specific booth location
Step 6: Booth Confirmation Letter
Obtain the exhibitor manual and booth confirmation letter within one month before the exhibition, present the booth confirmation letter on-site to collect the exhibition documents and enter the venue for exhibition setup

Booth Rate

★ Standard booth: 3mx3m=9 square meters; Note: A 10% double opening fee will be charged for double openings. The standard booth includes a carpet, three side panels, company name lintel, one consultation table, two folding chairs, two spotlights, and one power socket
