Foreword

With favorable policies and increasing demand for sports consumption, the development of the sports goods industry will enter a new era. With the comprehensive release of people's fitness and sports consumption needs, the sports goods industry will enter a new round of "golden decade".

In response to this trend, the country continues to encourage and increase efforts from the perspective of industrial development. Document No. 46 of the G State Council proposes to accelerate the development of the sports industry and promote sports consumption. By 2025, a sports industry system with reasonable layout, complete functions, and complete categories will be basically established. Sports products and services will be more abundant, market mechanisms will continue to improve, consumer demand will become increasingly strong, and the driving effect on other industries will be significantly enhanced. The total scale of the sports industry will exceed 5 trillion yuan, becoming an important force in promoting sustainable economic and social development. In addition, local governments have also implemented many supportive policies, which have a strong guiding effect on the sports goods market and society.

The 19th China International Sports Expo, as one of the well-known exhibitions in the sports field, was founded in 2005 and witnessed the growth and transformation of China's sports industry. The 2024 Sports Expo aims to build a global sports industry resource sharing platform through industry exhibitions, collaborate with 100 leading enterprises in sports industry sub markets, and grow together with the industry.

This Sports Expo is jointly hosted by more than 20 G-level sports associations, including the China Extreme Sports Association, the China Electronic Sports Development Center, the China Triathlon Association, and the China Boxing Association. The Netherlands, Guizhou Province, and Jinjiang City are respectively the host countries, provinces, and cities, leveraging local sports industry advantages to fully support the hosting of the exhibition.

On April 5, 2024, the China International Sports Industry Expo will be held at the China International Exhibition Center to create a leading industrial internet platform in the sports industry, bringing the sharing economy into the sports industry. 100 major industries/regions, 100 blocks, deeply integrating the full industry chain resources of international sports organizations, sports industry powerhouses, provinces, cities, regions, and industrial segmented markets.
