Clean Space Special Booth: The clean space booth does not come with any facilities and is designed and decorated by exhibitors themselves or commissioned for design and decoration.

Exhibition Procedures

1. After the exhibiting companies confirm their participation, please confirm the booth location, fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, and stamp it with the official seal. Copy the business license with the official seal and scan it to the organizing committee.

2. After exhibitors register, participating companies are required to make a remittance within 3 working days. Please send the remittance receipt to the organizing committee (see the exhibition application form for the remittance account). If the deadline is exceeded, the organizing committee will not retain the booth;

3. After the organizing committee confirms the exhibitor's booth, they will send an "Exhibitor Handbook" via email, which includes information related to exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, item rental and service, advertising, and visa applications;

4. During the exhibition, the organizing committee will issue a unified invoice for exhibition fees.

5. The principle of booth arrangement is "apply first, pay first, and allocate first". But to ensure the overall effect of the exhibition, the organizing committee reserves the right to make final adjustments to the booth.

[Advertising in the Journal]

In addition to being widely distributed to regulatory authorities, relevant associations, and exhibition visitors during the conference, the conference journal will also be sent to industry systems and relevant units both domestically and internationally through the host organization. Exhibitors are requested to provide their company profile (limited to 200 words) for free publication in the conference journal.
