Exhibition procedures

1. Exhibitors, please fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, stamp it with the official seal, and then fax or send it to the organizing committee.

2. Within 5 working days after registration, the company shall transfer the exhibition fees to the account of the organizing committee of the conference to determine the booth;

3. Booths, advertisements, etc. are arranged by the organizing committee in a unified manner, with priority given to co organizers who apply, pay, and allocate first.

4. If a registered exhibitor is unable to participate due to personal reasons, the fees paid will not be refunded, and the reserved booth will be fully handled by the organizer;

5. Obey the overall layout of the exhibition, and the organizing unit has the right to adjust the position of individual booths when necessary. Due to uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc., the organizing unit may delay or cancel the exhibition.

6. Special reminder: It is strictly prohibited to sublet or resell the rented booth.
