Standard booth fees for overseas exhibitors:
1、 Indoor standard booth: 18000 RMB/piece, size 3 meters × 3 meters=9 square meters.
2、 Indoor clean space: 1800 RMB/square meter, with a minimum rent of 36 square meters.

Standard booth fee for domestic exhibitors: 1. Standard booth: 3 meters × 3 meters=9 square meters. RMB 15000 per piece
2、 Indoor clean space: Starting rent of 36 square meters. 1500 RMB/square meter

matters needing attention
Step 1: Receive the exhibition materials "invitation letter, exhibition application form, booth map" sent by the organizing committee to the exhibiting units
Step 2: Exhibitors fill out the exhibition "Exhibition Application Form" and stamp it with their official seal, then fax it to the organizing committee
Step 3: After the organizing committee receives the "Exhibition Application Form", both parties confirm the booth and sign the "Exhibition Contract"
Step 4: Both parties sign the exhibition contract, and the exhibitor pays the booth deposit within 1 working day. The contract becomes effective
Step 6: Report to the exhibition hall on-site from November 23rd to 24th, 2024 for exhibition setup
