If exhibitors choose corner booths, an additional 20% booth fee will be charged.
2. Exhibition procedures: Fill out the exhibition application form and contract with official seal, mail or fax it to the organizing committee. Within five working days from the date of mailing or faxing the contract, the full payment or 50% deposit of the exhibition fee shall be wired to the organizing committee.
3. Booth allocation principle: "Apply first, pay first, and arrange first". After remitting various fees, participating companies must fax the bank remittance form to the organizing committee for verification. The organizing committee will arrange the booth according to the "three first" principle. The organizing committee will only confirm the booth with the exhibiting company after receiving the fee.
If the exhibiting company terminates the exhibition contract midway, the exhibition fees paid to our company will be considered as liquidated damages.
