The Chengdu International Public Safety Products and Technology Expo (hereinafter referred to as the Chengdu International Security Expo) is the most influential security industry exhibition and trading platform in Southwest China. Since its establishment in 2001, it has been held once a year and has successfully held 23 consecutive sessions. It has served more than 8000 exhibitors, more than 1000000 professional visitors, and held over 500 exciting forum activities. It has gradually become the only large-scale professional security event in the southwest region. It has received high recognition and praise from the Ministry of Public Security, China Security Association, Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department, Sichuan Provincial Emergency Department, Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, Chengdu Public Security Bureau, Chengdu Emergency Bureau, Chengdu Expo Bureau, Sichuan Province's major security related industry organizations, industry associations in various regions across the country, practitioners and individuals.

The 23rd Security Expo, with the theme of "Empowering Digital Security and Independent Innovation Applications," was successfully concluded on May 20, 2023, with strong participation from leaders, exhibitors, and audiences at all levels. We received guidance from leaders from the Ministry of Public Security, China Security Association, Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department, Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, Chengdu Public Security Bureau, Chengdu Emergency Bureau, Chengdu Expo Bureau, 10 industry associations nationwide, and 16 related industry associations in Sichuan. Nearly 400 well-known domestic and foreign brand enterprises, including Telecom, Huawei, Hikvision Security, Starnet Ruijie, Kuangshi, Yisuo, Liade, Elando, Zhouming, Haijia Cailiang, Ideal Technology, Abison, Chengfa Fire, Zhejiang Geek Bridge, Hengyuan Lifesaving, Zhongjia Energy Conservation, etc., participated in the exhibition, with a total exhibition area of nearly 30000 square meters and approximately 50000 visitors.

In order to further implement the national "14th Five Year Plan" for China's security industry, lead the western security industry to establish itself in a new development period, implement new development concepts, and build a new development pattern, the 24th Chengdu International Security Expo, with strong support from various government units and departments, will be held from May 16 to 18, 2024 at the Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center.
The theme of this year's Security Expo is "Technology Empowers Security, Helps Social Security", with the purpose of "three-dimensional security, originating from prevention" and the purpose of "building a high-quality platform, leading innovative development, and building a safe society".
