Exhibition Rules

Standard booth fee: including exhibition venue, 2.5m high wall panel, lintel production, 9 square meter carpet, one negotiation table, two chairs, one 10A/220V single-phase socket, and two spotlights.

The open space does not come with any exhibition stands or facilities. Exhibitors can arrange special decoration work on their own or entrust a construction company recommended by the organizing unit.

Exhibition matters

1. Exhibitors shall fill out the detailed Exhibition Contract Form and affix the official seal, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee;

2. The organizing committee has received a confirmation application form, and the exhibitor shall remit 50% or the full amount of the exhibition fee to the organizing committee account within 5 working days. The remittance voucher shall be faxed to the organizing committee for verification. Otherwise, the reserved booth will not be retained.

3. The booth arrangement follows the principle of "registration first, payment first, and arrangement first", and the organizing committee has the right to adjust a small number of booths;

4. The transportation of exhibits, exhibition reception, accommodation, and other matters will be separately sent the Exhibitor Handbook by the organizing committee one month before the event.
