Guiyang International Convention and Exhibition Center

As a key construction project in Guizhou Province and Guiyang City, in order to fully reflect the planning concept of building an ecological and civilized city in Guiyang, the project entrusts a number of internationally famous planning and design and green ecological consulting companies to widely adopt energy-saving, water-saving, environmental protection materials and recycling technology, so as to make Guiyang International Convention and Exhibition Center focus on building energy conservation Ecological indicators such as environmental protection meet the international authoritative green ecological assessment system LEED and national green ecological standards.

The planned land area is 190.3 hectares (including municipal green belt), with a total construction area of about 976300 square meters, including a capacity area of about 633900 square meters. With a total investment of 5.6 billion yuan, it is composed of convention and Exhibition Center, conference center, hotel, sightseeing complex building, business and supporting office, apartment and other service facilities, highlighting the unique mountain and ethnic cultural elements of Guizhou. It is a multifunctional International Convention and exhibition center with the largest construction scale, the most complete functional supporting facilities and the most advanced facilities in Southwest China.

To the west is the original ecological landscape park - Guanshan Lake Park. The total land area of the project is 1408 mu, including about 500 mu for the construction of exhibition, hotel and Conference Center; It is planned to build an international convention and exhibition center with a construction area of 100000 square meters, an international ecological conference center with an area of 40000 square meters, a five-star hotel with an area of 50000 square meters, an enterprise headquarters building with an area of 30000 square meters and a business center with an area of 100000 square meters.

All projects were completed and put into use in early 2011. At present, it has successfully held ecological civilization Guiyang conference, China (Guizhou) International Wine Expo, Asian Youth Animation Competition, Guiyang international automobile exhibition, China (Guizhou) International Green Tea Expo, etc.
