China Xinji leather city is located in the new urban area of Xinji city. It is a comprehensive industrial and trade city with leather garment processing as the leading role, integrating various processing, trade, scientific research, finance, life and entertainment. Up to now, it has invested 1.4 billion yuan, with a construction area of 1.5 million square meters and an area of more than 1500 mu. It is the largest leather clothing production and trading center at present. The equipment in the city is complete and the market layout is reasonable. With 828 enterprises integrating leather production and sales, and more than 1800 rental booths, the company produces 5.3 million pieces of cashmere clothing, cashmere clothing, fur clothing and knick clothing, and nearly 15 million sets of bags, gloves and ties. Among them, sheepskin clothing represents the advanced level in China and is the largest production and marketing base in China. There are 36 enterprises in the city wearing the leather logo approved by China Leather Industry Association, 17 enterprises have obtained ISO9000 international quality system certification, and "Ximan" and "Shulan" leather suits have successively won the laurel of "China's top ten leather king". In 2003, "Ximan", "Dongming", "Jinghua" and "Hengli" trademarks were recognized as famous trademarks in Hebei Province, and "Wufa", "Shulan", "Ximan", "Dazhong" and "bailit" trademarks applied for the title of Chinese famous brand. The scale enterprises have developed rapidly. In 2003, the market turnover reached 5 billion yuan, and the export earnings reached 370 million US dollars. Among them, there are 9 enterprises with an annual output value of more than 200 million yuan, 22 enterprises with an annual output value of more than 100 million yuan, nearly 42 enterprises with an annual output value of more than 50 million yuan, and 109 enterprises have obtained the right of self import and export.

Xinji has become one of the largest leather production and marketing bases in China. In 2001, Xinji was named "the capital of leather and leather in China" by China Light Industry Federation and China Leather Industry Association.

Zone A has been completed and opened in September 2010, with a construction area of 360000 square meters and an investment of 1.26 billion yuan. It is the largest leather fur market in China. Zone B is an international brand cooperation zone with a planned construction area of 360000 square meters and an investment of 1.3 billion yuan. It mainly introduces well-known enterprises and brands from Europe, Japan, South Korea and other countries to build the largest and world-famous international brand franchise market of leather and fur in China. Zone C is a comprehensive trade zone with a planned construction area of 360000 square meters and an investment of 1.24 billion yuan. The second center - raw and auxiliary materials trading center
The raw materials trading center is planned to cover an area of 260 mu, with a construction area of 260000 square meters and an investment of 900 million yuan. The first part is the trading hall, the first to the third floors are mainly fur display and trading; the second part is multi-storey single store, with four wholesale trading areas of fur, leather, fabric and auxiliary materials.

The third center - brand product manufacturing center
The brand product manufacturing center is planned to cover an area of 1060 mu, with a building area of 850000 square meters and an investment of 2.1 billion yuan. It is mainly to provide a good development space for the well-known domestic and foreign fur, fur and leather enterprises to invest in Xinji International Leather City and realize common development.

The fourth Center - R & D, design and Testing Center
The R & D, design and testing center is planned to cover an area of 250 mu, with a building area of 220000 square meters and an investment of 760 million yuan. It is mainly to introduce well-known domestic and foreign design, research and development, planning institutions to settle in, enhance the industry standards and product quality testing capabilities, and comprehensively improve the product level of the leather industry and Xinji international leather city.
