Langfang China International Economic and Trade Fair (referred to as "5.18" economic and Trade Fair) is a national and international economic and trade activity approved by the State Council. It is jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the people's Government of Hebei Province, and sponsored by the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce, the Department of Commerce of Hebei Province and the people's Government of Langfang city. It is held in Langfang city of Hebei Province from May 18 to 21 every year, and has been held continuously so far It has held 34 sessions, including 18 consecutive sessions in Langfang since 2000.
As the only national comprehensive exhibition in Hebei Province, the "5.18" economic and Trade Fair is rooted in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and is oriented at home and abroad to create an international, professional and market-oriented economic and trade event. The 2018 "May 18" economic and Trade Fair is the first economic and trade activity with the largest scale and the highest specification held in Hebei Province after the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The 2018 "May 18" economic and Trade Fair is rich in content and colorful in theme activities.
