On March 7-9, 2019, China ice cream cold food exhibition and the fifth Western frozen and frozen food exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "China ice Exhibition") were successfully held in Xi'an Qujiang International Convention and Exhibition Center. Spring China ice exhibition is supported by China non staple food circulation association, Hong Kong International Food Association, hosted by longpinxi exhibition, CO organized by Shaanxi frozen and refrigerated food enterprise association, and co organized by Xi'an Fangxin frozen and non staple food wholesale trading center. With an exhibition area of nearly 12000 square meters, China ice show attracted nearly 200 ice cream and frozen food enterprises from the United States, Russia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong and other parts of the world to gather in Xi'an, and staged a new exchange and docking Conference for ice cream and cold food manufacturers. According to the official statistics of the organizer, as of the end of the afternoon on March 9, the three-day 2019 spring ice show attracted 19185 visitors, including 16746 professional visitors, accounting for 87.29%.
