Matters needing attention
Step 1: receive the exhibition materials "invitation letter, exhibition application form, booth map" from the Organizing Committee
Step 2: the exhibitor shall fill in the exhibition "application form" with official seal and fax it to the Organizing Committee
Step 3: after the Organizing Committee receives the "Exhibition Application Form", both parties confirm the booth and sign the "exhibition contract"
Step 4: both parties sign the exhibition contract, and the exhibitor pays the booth deposit within 1 working day, and the contract takes effect
Step 5: pay all remaining booth fees by December 1, 2019, and submit the company profile to the Organizing Committee
