Matters needing attention
▉ exhibition procedure:
Exhibition conditions: enterprises with business license.
1. Fill in the exhibition application form and mail or fax it to the organization unit. The principle of "application first, payment first, arrangement first" shall be implemented for the booth;
2. Within one week after applying for the booth, the exhibition fee [50% (deposit) or full payment] shall be transferred by telegraphic transfer or handed over to the organizing unit, and the balance shall be paid two months before the opening of the exhibition. After the exhibitors remit all the fees, please fax the bank remittance form to the exhibition organization.
