Matters needing attention
Fill in the "application form for participation" as required and return it to the exhibition organizer. It is also acceptable to sign up for the exhibition by fax.
2. After receiving the "application form for exhibition", the exhibition organizer will send the official contract in duplicate to the exhibition company for countersignature.
3. According to the requirements of the proforma invoice issued by the organizer, the exhibiting company shall remit 50% of the booth rent by bank telegraphic transfer as the deposit (RMB) or pay off all the money at one time to confirm the booth location. The balance of stand rental shall be remitted no later than April 30, 2018.
4. After confirming the stand, the organizer will send the exhibitor's manual to the exhibitor company, which includes information about exhibits transportation, stand design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangement, articles rental and service, advertisement, visa application, etc. Exhibitors must fill in the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.
5. Only after receiving the booth reservation fee can the reserved booth be confirmed. The booth will be sold out according to the principle of "reservation and payment first, confirmation first".
