INTRODUCTION

The 9th Urumqi International Food and Beverage Fair (hereinafter referred to as "food and Beverage Fair") is planned to be held in Xinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center from June 7 to June 10, 2019 in order to promote the national high-quality food materials, promote the rapid and healthy development of hotel and catering chain industry in Xinjiang, deeply develop the western food and catering industry, and create a grand event of international influence in the food and catering industry. (2) Image exhibition hall
The exhibition will build brand enterprise exhibition area from food brand culture, flash market, animation IP empowerment, two-dimensional cross-border cooperation, e-commerce "new retail" cooperation, introduce online red food and other aspects, attract more consumer groups to pay attention to the exhibition through content innovation and building creative and high-end image booths, and improve the exhibition image and professionalism;
Xinjiang's local brands lack of complete and systematic innovation, deep interaction and cultural transmission from packaging to publicity. The green and organic agricultural and sideline products (red dates, raisins, walnuts, Badanmu, wolfberry, shazao, sour plum, apricot, figs, Lavender) of 15 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang (Karamay, Shihezi, Kuitun, Hami, Turpan, Aksu, Kashi, Hetian, Tacheng, Altay, Ili, Bozhou, Changji, Bazhou, Kezhou) are free to participate in, attend and promote.
There are many unique agricultural products in many parts of Xinjiang, but due to information blocking and other reasons, the products are unsalable, so this year, the Internet + precise poverty alleviation is set up.
